Housing Association for Integrated Living Ltd (HAIL) invites tenders
for a ?Strategic Planning Facilitator? to assist us in:
* Completing a culture review for the Organisation
* Reviewing and defining our Values
* Reviewing and defining our Vision and Mission
* Developing and drafting a new Strategic Plan. Our current

BACKGROUND
HAIL was founded in **Apply on the website** as a not for profit,
Approved Housing Body. HAILs mission is to provide housing and
individually tailored services to support people, primarily those with
mental health difficulties, to integrate and live independent lives in
the community. HAIL owns and manages over **Apply on the website**
homes in the wider Dublin region, midlands and Limerick and is
planning to grow our services in those areas and in other counties
across Ireland.
CONTEXT
HAIL operates within a multi-faceted national policy and strategy
context. As an Approved Housing Body we work under social housing
policy and our focus on mental health means that mental health policy
is also very relevant to us. It is our ambition to continue to grow
our housing and support service nationwide in a controlled and
manageable manner. This is to ensure that we maintain the high
standard of our current service, maintaining our good reputation and
not overstretching our valued staff resources.
In addition, this growth strategy itself, is bringing significant
change for the organisation in terms of growing staff numbers,
changing staff structures, new SLAs, working in a newly regulated
environment and additional risks.
Within this context, it is important for HAIL to carry out a review of
our current culture and ensuring that we have a positive and
supportive environment for our staff to work in and develop. Also,
that this shared culture is reflected in the services we deliver to
our tenants and clients. Our culture is invariably linked to our
values as an organisation, making sure we have the right values in
place and fully endorsed by staff and Board Directors.
We have not reviewed our mission and vision in over 7 years and
consider this is now appropriate, in particular in this period of
growth and change. We would like to ensure that these are succinct and
applicable to HAIL.
